Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All claims for damaged product or order discrepancies must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt to our Customer Service Department at 800.637.7893 during normal business hours or emailed to support@proenzol.com.
- Damaged product: You must report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery to receive full credit for damaged products. Always note the damage in writing when you sign for the package and request a damage inspection by the carrier. DO NOT discard any damaged packaging materials or products, as you may be asked to provide pictures of the damage to submit with a claim.
- Order discrepancies: If you find we have made an error, we apologize for the inconvenience. Upon notification, we will pay the shipping charges to send the correct products to you and to return any incorrect products. However, if the order was shipped according to your specifications and you want to return products (within 30 days of receipt), you will be responsible for all shipping and restocking charges incurred.

All products purchased from ProEnzol are guaranteed for quality, purity, and potency through their expiration date. We stand behind our products and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.
- All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns and this number must be visible on the outside of the package being returned to be accepted.
- Returned product must be unopened and in the original condition in which it was received, in order to qualify for a refund or credit.
- Returned product that is opened, damaged, or altered in any way will be discarded and is not eligible for any refund or credit.
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion.
- International returns may be subject to additional fees.
To receive return instructions and an RMA, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.637.7893 during normal business hours or email support@proenzol.com within 30 days of receipt and indicate the product name, invoice number, and reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

For all international orders, it is the receipt’s responsibility to contact the customs agency to assure the product(s) can be legally imported into the destination country. Please note, shipping charges, import fees, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country, therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for these expenses or any unexpected issues related to your delivery, nor can we predict what they may be. If your international order is lost or misplaced at customs or your local postal facility, we will not offer a replacement or refund. Import fees, duties, taxes, original shipping, and any unexpected fees are non-refundable for orders refused for delivery at customs.

Yes, there are carrier options that will deliver to both P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO locations. Expected delivery times do not apply to these orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.637.7893 during normal business hours or email support@proenzol.com for further details.

Orders placed Monday – Thursday, before 4:00 PM CT, and Friday, before 12:00 PM CT will ship the same day for no additional fee. Same-day shipping does not apply if your order is placed after 4:00 PM CT Monday-Thursday, after 12:00 PM CT on Friday, during the weekend, or on recognized U.S. holidays. These orders will ship the next business day.

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier issues, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping applies when delivering to any of the 48 contiguous states. All orders qualifying for Standard Shipping may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our sole discretion. An additional charge may apply if a specific shipping carrier is requested.
Healthcare professionals should expect to receive their order within 1-4 business days, while patients and dropships should expect to receive their order within 1-5 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier issues, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please note, it is the addressee’s responsibility to be available at the time of delivery. The carrier will decide whether they will leave a package without a signature or make additional attempts to deliver a package. If a package is returned to us for inability to deliver, either due to lack of a receiver or an incorrect address, the primary account holder will be subject to a 20% handling fee plus any charges incurred from the carrier.

- Dropship orders incur an additional $5 drop ship fee for new delivery names and/or addresses. Please have your patient’s/client’s full name and address including telephone number available when placing a drop-ship order.
- C.O.D. orders are subject to a $19.00 C.O.D. fee. C.O.D. is only available for orders under $1,500 delivered to your billing address. All C.O.D. orders must be sent via one of the UPS services and must be paid with a check or money order.
- Sales Tax will be calculated on orders shipping to a Missouri address unless a MO 149 form is completed. For more information, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.637.7893 during normal business hours or email support@proenzol.com.

Patients ordering through ProEnzol Direct pay $6.95 for Standard Shipping on all orders.

Yes, free shipping is available only to healthcare professionals as follows:
- Orders at or over $300 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
Orders under the free shipping minimum will include an $8.95 flat charge for Standard Shipping.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands will include a $12 flat charge for Standard Shipping.
