Yes, students currently enrolled in classes requisite to obtaining a healthcare professional license or certificate will receive healthcare professional pricing. Proof of student enrollment is required.

Yes, volume discounts are offered to healthcare professionals as follows:
Shipments at or over $300 — Free Shipping
Shipments at or over $500 — 5% off
Shipments at or over $1,000 — 7.5% off
Shipments at or over $2,000 — 10% off -
Credit terms are available to qualified healthcare professionals and distributors, subject to the receipt and approval of a completed credit application form.
- Our terms are NET 30 from the date of invoice.
- Payments must be paid by check, cashier’s check, or money order.
- Returned checks are subject to additional fees and credit suspension.
In the event a customer fails to pay their invoice within 30 days, the balance is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month which is an annual percentage rate of 18%. The customer agrees to pay all finance charges and reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, associated with past due balances. Delinquent accounts are subject to credit suspension.

No, at no time do we store your credit card information on our servers. We use a third-party service owned by Visa with industry-standard, state-of-the-art security features for the storage of customer credit card information.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and prepayment by check (no starter checks) or money order. When mailing payment for a prepaid order, please call ahead for shipping charges.
For qualified healthcare professionals and distributors only, we will ship C.O.D. (UPS only) but please note there is a C.O.D. fee of $19.00 per order. Net 30 (with approved credit) is also available to qualified healthcare professionals and distributors.

For domestic and international orders, the invoice can be found in the box with the product being shipped.

Every effort is made to process and ship orders on the same day as received, so changing an order that has already been placed is not always possible. However, if you contact our Customer Service Department at 800.637.7893 or email your order number and the requested change to support@proenzol.com, we will do our very best to make the change. If we are unable to adjust your order, you will be notified.

ProEnzol offers ProEnzol Direct, a program that allows you to offer ProEnzol supplements to your patients without the hassle and financial risk of maintaining an inventory of products in your office. You simply authorize your patients to purchase the supplements you recommend directly from ProEnzol and then earn a rebate on these patient purchases. In summary, you must agree to sell ProEnzol supplements to your patients only on a password-protected website. The general public shall not have access to any ProEnzol product information including pricing on your website and under no circumstances be allowed to purchase ProEnzol supplements without a professional consultation with you.

The Customer Agreement is a contract between you and ProEnzol that specifies certain criteria that must be met in order for you to be able to provide ProEnzol supplements to your patients. By signing the Customer Agreement, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions indicated with respect to your ProEnzol account including, but not limited to, the provision restricting your sale of ProEnzol supplements on any website without the written approval of ProEnzol. This document is intended to help protect the business of healthcare professionals who dispense ProEnzol supplements and promote better patient care.

You may also consider asking your current healthcare provider to either purchase ProEnzol supplements for you or to sign up for ProEnzol Direct which allows you to purchase ProEnzol supplements recommended by your practitioner directly from ProEnzol.

As a licensed or certified healthcare professional, you can get started by simply filling out a New Account Application. Once completed, we will review the documentation provided to verify that it meets our requirements to purchase ProEnzol supplements. You will be notified whether your application has been approved via e-mail within 2-3 business days.
Once your account has been approved, you can immediately begin placing orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website, by FAX at 816.746.8387, or by calling 800.637.7893. Our customer service representatives are available 8am to 4pm CT Monday through Thursday CT.
