Privacy & Security Policy

ProEnzol®, a division of Enzymes Inc., (collectively,“ProEnzol”) respects the privacy of all visitors to our website, www.proenzol.com, (“Site”), and is committed to taking the appropriate steps to preserve individual online privacy rights. The website privacy and security policy (“Privacy Policy”) established by ProEnzol is intended to help you understand what and how information is collected, used, shared, and secured on our Site and the options available to you in managing this information. Our Privacy Policy applies solely to the information collected on our Site and any related web pages but does not apply to information we may collect by any alternative means or media. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to any other website owned or operated by a third party even if such third-party links to our Site or if our Site links to such third-party website.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

ProEnzol collects two basic types of information from you and about you – Personal Information and Anonymous Information. Personal Information is any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify you, including, but not limited to, full name, clinic name, business/shipping addresses, e-mail address, telephone/FAX numbers, professional title and license number, and financial information. Personal Information is voluntarily provided by you when you perform certain activities on our Site such as registering to access the practitioner section of the Site, purchasing products, contacting us for information, or participating in a promotion. You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to ProEnzol. There may be instances in which some of the information that we request from you is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. In such cases, if you do not provide the mandatory Personal Information we request, you can still visit most of the Site, but you will be unable to access some sections of the Site or participate in some options, offers, and services that involve our interaction with you. In general, you can visit our Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself. However, anonymous (non-personal) information is automatically collected from your computer or mobile device by the use of cookies and other tracking technologies each time you visit our Site. We may use personal and anonymous information to generate a third type of information – Aggregate Information. Aggregate information is groups or categories of user data that do not allow you to be personally identified or contacted such as web traffic analytics which we maintain as part of our records. We do not sell, share or rent any information collected on our Site to third parties to market their products to you.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Some of our Web pages utilize cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information that will solely be used to enhance your experience and access to useful information on our Site. A “cookie” is a small text file containing unique ID tags stored on your computer when you visit a website which, in our case, is used to facilitate and improve our Site’s functionality. This technology can enable the website to recognize user access or log-on privileges, allowing the user access to restricted information without having to log in each time. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not you are notified each time a cookie is created, permitted to accept or decline cookies, and/or able to remove existing cookies. Please note, if you choose to block or erase cookies as part of the web browser settings, doing so will inhibit your ability to utilize many of the features of our Site and you will need to re-enter your user ID and password each time you wish to gain access to certain information. Tracking technologies may also collect system-related information such as domain names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser type; operating system type; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our Site is accessed. This data is analyzed for aggregate and specific usage statistics and trends that will help us improve the design and content of the Site and more effectively match our product development and marketing communications to your interests and needs based on your use of our Site.

All information obtained from you or about you at www.ProEnzol.com will be kept strictly confidential. From time to time, we may also use the information we gather to tell you about new research and clinical applications, new or improved products and services, or special offers. These may include third-party products or services we think you might find interesting or useful. If you register with us, we’ll send you our promotional emails.
